The Website Pharmacy may supply prescription medicines only on the basis of a prescription written by a medical doctor registered in the European Union.
The Website Pharmacy (as well as Eurodoctors, its affiliated medical doctors and the pharmacies and pharmacists The Website Pharmacy works with) cannot be held liable for the accuracy of the diagnosis, treatment or medication prescribed or the correct use of products supplied. It lies with the purchaser to use any products supplied under the guidance of a physician.
The Website Pharmacy is responsible for ensuring that the correct product, in the correct amount and the correct strength is supplied to the correct patient. According to European law, product liability lies solely with the manufacturer.
The Website Pharmacy dispenses only branded or in the case the patent has expired, generic pharmaceutical products that are registered in EU-member states. European patent law applies.
The Website Pharmacy (as well as Eurodoctors, its affiliated medical doctors and pharmacies and pharmacists TheWebsite Pharmacy works with) takes no responsibility for compliance with importation requirements and regulations of the country of destination. This remains the final responsibility of the purchaser.
Delivery of all products ordered takes place in an affiliated and fully licensed EU-pharmacy. All products are shipped on behalf of and at the risk of the purchaser and at the agreement of indemnifying The Website Pharmacy (as well as Eurodoctors, its affiliated medical doctors and pharmacies and pharmacists The Website Pharmacy works with) against any legal action which might be brought against the purchaser, if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws applied by the government of the country of destination.
All shipments are by priority mail or courier and need to be signed for by the purchaser/client or mandatary who should be over 21 years of age. The Website Pharmacy is not responsible for losses, incorrect deliveries or product damage caused by improper handling of the shipping agent
According to European law, once products have been dispensed (delivered) by a pharmacy these products may not be repaid if returned to the pharmacy. Therefore order cancellations or alterations after the order has been dispensed, cannot be accepted.
